ALGA BioPanel, Türkiye, is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at algabiopanel@gmail.com.

• Contact form: your name, email address, company or studio (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
• Technical data: when you visit, our hosting provider records data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.
• Preferences, only if you accept them: your language and light or dark choice (see the Cookie Policy).

We use your message and contact details to reply to you and to take the steps you ask for before any agreement (KVKK article 5/2-c and 5/2-f; GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

We use technical data to run and secure the website, based on our legitimate interest (KVKK article 5/2-f; GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not build profiles.

Messages from the contact form are delivered by FormSubmit, an email forwarding service, to our Gmail inbox (Google). The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye, including in the United States.

We send contact form data abroad only with your explicit consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form (KVKK article 9). Without it, the form does not send your message, and you can write to us directly instead.

We keep your message as long as we need it to answer your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete it. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period under its own policy.

Under KVKK article 11 you can ask whether we process your data, request information about it, learn why it is processed and who receives it, ask us to correct or delete it, object to results based solely on automated analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Visitors in the EU have the matching GDPR rights, including withdrawing consent at any time.

Write to algabiopanel@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

If our practice changes, we update this notice and the date at the top.
